Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire offer lifecycle - from offer generation to release and pre-onboardingdocumentation - ensuring alignment with internal policies, compensation frameworks, and SLAs.
• Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and tracking offer letters across business units and locations.
• Own the BGV process by managing third-party vendors or internal teams to ensure timely andaccurate verifications.
• Develop and monitor dashboards for offer release and BGV status, report on key metrics andSLAs.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Compensation Benefits, HR Business Partners, andLegal to ensure seamless coordination and compliance.
• Continuously audit and improve offer and BGV processes for efficiency, accuracy, and candidateexperience.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant labour laws, data protection regulations, and companypolicies.
• Conduct periodic training for the team and relevant stakeholders on offer protocols and BGV bestpractices.
• Handle escalations, exceptions, and complex cases related to offer terms or BGV issues.

Qualifications Skills:

• Bachelor-s degree
• 5+ years of HR experience with a strong background in offer management and backgroundverification.
• Prior experience in Offer Generation, Offer Management and vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
