Senior Executive HR(Operations)

1. Exit and F&F Management

• Manage end-to-end exit and offboarding processes.
• Ensure the timely closure of F&F settlements and the completion of all required clearances.
• Validate F&F inputs/outputs and coordinate with Finance and Payroll teams.
• Prepare and issue exit-related letters and maintain employee exit records.
• Reconcile exit headcount and employee separation data in HRIS.
• Share monthly exit inputs with Payroll, including payout details.
• Conduct exit interviews and support employee retention initiatives.
• Analyse attrition trends and prepare exit-related MIS/reports.
• Ensure timely completion and accuracy of offboarding documentation.

2. HR Analytics Dashboards

• Responsible for HR Analytics and various functional dashboards/presentations as required by the Company.
• Preparation of various MIS related to the exit process and coordination with different departments

3. Grievance Redressal

• Handling escalation for employees' grievances pertaining to Exit.
• Making sure all the grievances are addressed within a timeframe with resolutions.

Skills & Qualification

• MBA in HR.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably with expertise in exit and F&F management.
• Strong people and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
