Role Summary

We are looking for an HR professional with hands-on experience in end-to-end offer management, employee onboarding and Day 1 joining activities. The role will manage onboarding operations, HRMS transactions, stakeholder coordination, candidate/new joiner experience, reporting, compliance and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end offer-to-joining process, including offer management, post-offer engagement, pre-joining activities and Day 1 joining formalities.
• Coordinate employee onboarding documentation, joining arrangements and post-joining activities.
• Manage background verification (BGV) processes and follow up on documentation and closures.
• Ensure accuracy of employee data, records and HR transactions.
• Work extensively on HRMS systems, preferably Workday, for onboarding and employee-related transactions.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Payroll, IT, Facilities and other stakeholders for seamless onboarding.
• Support interview coordination, including candidate and hiring manager scheduling.
• Prepare and maintain onboarding MIS, trackers, dashboards and reports.
• Monitor onboarding SLAs and ensure processes are completed within agreed timelines.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, documentation standards and statutory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within onboarding and HR operations.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving candidate and new joiner experience.
• Support apprentice hiring and management through the NAPS Portal, wherever applicable.

Must-Have Requirements

• MBA with minimum 2 years of relevant experience OR Graduate with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end offer management and employee onboarding.
• Experience managing pre-joining and Day 1 joining activities.
• Strong understanding of HRMS systems, preferably Workday.
• Experience working with HR technology and HR operational processes.
• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.

Good-to-Have

• Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end interview coordination process, including candidate and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in apprentice hiring and management through the NAPS Portal.
• Exposure to HR process automation, particularly onboarding automation.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Exposure to high-volume onboarding / HR shared services environments.
