Senior Executive - HR Insurance

An HR Insurance Executive manages employee health and group insurance benefits alongside core human resources operations. The role handles day-to-day policy administration, claims coordination, employee lifecycle tasks, and vendor management to ensure smooth execution of corporate benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Insurance Administration: Manage group medical and life insurance enrollment, renewals, additions, and deletions.
  
• Claims Support: Coordinate with insurance brokers and third-party administrators (TPAs) to resolve employee claim queries and disputes.
  
• Employee Lifecycle: Assist with onboarding, documentation, exits, and general HR operations.
  
• Benefits Communication: Guide staff on policy coverage, claim procedures, and health benefit updates.
  
• Vendor & Risk Management: Monitor broker performance, track administrative metrics, and maintain compliance data.
  

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of overall corporate HR experience, with specific exposure to employee benefits or insurance operations.
  
• Education: Bachelors degree or MBA in Human Resources / Personnel Management.
  
• Core Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/Excel, strong communication, data tracking via HR MIS, and problem-solving abilities.
