Senior Executive - HR (HR Analytics & Employee Engagement)

Role & responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in employee engagement and recognition initiatives
• Manage health, wellness, and workplace facilities
• Hands-on execution of employee onboarding and induction, including EPF/ESI registrations and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Ability to handle employee relations, exits, and HR processes
• Manage end-to-end HR operations, employee Life Cycle, maintain accurate HR dashboards using MS Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as headcount, turnover rates, and employee engagement scores.
• Ability to handle employee relations, exits, and HR processes
• Manage HR documentation, reporting, and metrics
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and manage internal communications
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic initiatives that drive business growth through effective people practices.
• Provide analytical support for HR decision-making by analyzing data from various sources like HRIS systems and conducting regular reporting on workforce trends.
• Manage HR documentation, reporting, and metrics
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and manage internal communications
• Hands-on experience in teamwork, people management, and fostering organizational values

Preferred candidate profile

4 - 8+ years of relevant HR experience post-MBA, preferably in a manufacturing, plant, or corporate HR environment.
