Senior Executive - HR & Business Support

Role & responsibilities

Radio Design India Pvt Ltd is hiring a proactive Senior Executive HR & Business Support to handle day-to-day HR operations and facility administration.

• Location: Manesar, Gurugram
• Experience Required: 3+ years
• Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days maximum

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration

• Data & Payroll Support: Maintain daily attendance, leave management, and staff data on the Company Portal (CP).
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle CV processing, post job adverts, and conduct induction for new hires.
• Appraisal Coordination: Organize 3-month and annual performance reviews with line managers and maintain records.
• Employee Engagement: Execute employee benefits, wellness programs, safety activities, and grievance handling.

Contract Manpower & Business Support

• Contract Manpower Management: Oversee third-party vendors and contract personnel.
• Travel & Expense: Book flights and accommodations; review employee expense claims before processing.
• Insurance & Assets: Administer staff insurance policies and maintain facility insurance records.
• Office Maintenance: Track administrative logs, ensure office decorum, and manage corporate/promotional item orders.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience executing HR operations and office administration.
• Practical understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances.
• Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail for data and expense logs.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with vendors and staff.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills to efficiently drive day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
