Senior Executive HR & Administration

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete HR function for the manufacturing plant, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management and separation.
• Manage industrial relations (IR) and employee relations, including workmen engagement, grievance handling, disciplinary matters and union relations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, standing orders and factory regulations.
• Manage contract labour, manpower vendors and workforce deployment.
• Prepare and monitor manpower budgets, productivity metrics and HR costs.
• Partner with the Plant Head and functional leaders to address workforce and organizational requirements.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, welfare and workplace culture initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes and SOPs appropriate for the plant.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, shift systems and other HR operations.
• Coordinate training and development programs, including skill development and statutory training.
• Support performance appraisal and talent-management processes for plant employees.
• Handle audits, labour inspections and statutory documentation.
• Work closely with EHS, Security, Administration and Production teams on workforce-related matters.
• Track HR KPIs such as absenteeism, attrition, productivity, overtime, manpower cost and employee grievances.
• Lead investigations and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
• Ensure effective communication between management and employees.
• Build a strong succession pipeline and develop HR capability within the plant.
