Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging social media creatives across Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Design performance marketing creatives and campaign assets focused on engagement and conversions.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Use AI-powered design & editing tools to create, enhance, retouch, and generate creative assets.
• Work closely with Marketing, Social Media & Performance Marketing teams to execute campaigns.
• Adapt creatives into multiple formats, sizes, and platform-specific requirements.
• Keep up with the latest D2C, social media, AI design, and visual content trends.

Requirements:

• Up to 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a D2C/consumer brand.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media + performance marketing creatives.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI-based creative/editing tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop AI/Generative Fill, Canva AI, etc.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, composition, and branding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple creative requirements.
