Senior Executive-formulation & Development(Mumbai)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead formulation development projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Conduct literature surveys and reviews to identify new technologies and opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scale-up strategies, ensuring successful technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including protocols, reports, and presentations.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in formulation research & development.
• Strong understanding of injectables formulation development processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP).
• Excellent literature search skills with ability to analyze complex data sets effectively.
• Experience with scale-up techniques for solid orals, liquids/semisolids/injectables products.
