Senior Executive Finance & Accounts

Job Purpose

To support day-to-day accounting and finance functions, including bookkeeping, income and expense accounting, reconciliations, preparation of financial and MIS reports, maintenance of fixed asset records, and providing necessary information and assistance for audits and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Day to day accounting entries for income, expenses, payments, Investments, prepaid and provisions along with appropriate cost code

- Preparation of GST invoices and update invoice register

- Capitalisation of Fixed assets and update Fixed Asset register

- Reviewing client ledger balances, receivables, payables and ageing analysis for management reporting

- Provide details for the Statutory Audit, IFC testing, Internal Audit and Tax Audit, including timely closure of audit requirements.

- Coordinating with operations, risk management, compliance, and back-office teams for timely resolution of operational and financial matters

- Assist in Preparation of financial statement of Listed entity in IndAS format

Qualifications :

B.com / M.com / Inter-CA

Experience

>=3 Years in Accounting preferably in a broking company / financial services company

Functional Competencies

Good understanding of Accounting entries, GST and TDS provisions, reconciliations and MIS reporting.

Excellent analytical and strong attention to details

Excellent Communication (both oral & written) and interpersonal skills.
