Position: Sr Executive Finance & Accounts
Years of Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordination with co-loaders, airlines, and corporate ops teams for monthly bills and provision inputs.
• Verify tax invoice formats and required information, and upload details into the software upon verification and approval.
• Verify weight and flight confirmations and upload them into Eka on a region-wise basis.
• Collect co-loader load movement details for the second fortnight and apply the CPK rate for monthly provisions.
• Independently handle monthly provision cost bookings.
• Regularly follow up with airline vendors and co-loaders regarding GST issues and credit notes (CN).
• Independently manage MIS reporting and data related to internal and external audits.
