Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts (Noida)

Location: Noida Corporate Office

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Corporate Finance & Accounts team. The role will involve handling the company's day-to-day accounting and payment operations, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Payments: Process and coordinate payments for national-level and multi-location entities, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Invoice Booking: Verify vendor invoices, ensure proper documentation, and book bills accurately in the accounting system.
• Fixed Assets Accounting: Maintain fixed asset records, including capitalization, transfers, disposals, and reconciliation with the books of accounts.
• GST & TDS: Possess a basic working knowledge of GST and TDS provisions, invoice compliance, and related documentation.
• Vendor & Station Coordination: Liaise with vendors and station teams to resolve invoice, payment, and accounting queries.
• Reconciliation & Documentation: Maintain accurate accounting records and support reconciliations, audits, and internal control requirements.-

Desired Candidate Profile-

MBA finance preferred

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel; SAP/ERP experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to meet deadlines.
