Senior Executive - Facilities

Job Description:

• Responsible for documenting implementing and updating organizational Integrated HSEMS policy process and procedures
• Coordinate with various functions for the implementation of HSE policies
• Conduct HSE training awareness sessions
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting HSE performance
• Ensure periodic team meetings for review of incidents progress on initiatives and planning improvements
• Identify monitor and ensure adherence to compliance obligations related to HSE
• Review and update management plans
• Ensure incidents are captured analyzed and corrective actions are taken
• Assist during audits and follow up for implementation and closure of correction and corrective actions
• Ensure effective root cause analysis of non conformances and implementation of appropriate measures for mitigation
• Role Requirement Competencies
• Bachelor s degree in Environmental Engineering equivalent degree
• Thorough knowledge of the HSE policy and procedures
• Minimum 1 4 years of relevant work experience
