Role Overview: Executive / Sr. Executive - Revenue Assurance is responsible for ensuring control over stock, cash, and overall upkeep of assigned retail stores or warehouse in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting regular audits, monitoring expiry and damages, verifying cash transactions, and ensuring adherence to company SOPs. This position plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, minimizing losses, and supporting operational compliance across store or warehouse locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock Audit & Inventory Control:
• Conduct routine physical verification of stock.
• Monitor product expiry, damages, and storage practices.
• Ensure FIFO implementation and report discrepancies.
2. Cash Handling Verification:
• Validate daily sales reports and cash deposits.
• Check POS data accuracy and petty cash records.
• Report and escalate any cash variances or irregularities.
3. Store / Warehouse Upkeep:
• Assess hygiene, infrastructure, and SOP compliance at assigned locations.
• Report any deviations or process gaps promptly.
4. Reporting & Coordination:
• Submit daily/weekly audit findings and updates to the Assistant Manager - Revenue Assurance.
• Coordinate with store/warehouse teams for corrective actions.
