Position: Executive / Senior Executive - HR
Location: Whitefield office, Bengaluru.
CTC: 35 K to 50K.
Vacancy: 1-2
Preference: Male Candidates for traveling across PAN India for attending campus interview.

Job Description:

• Establishing standards for HR functions
• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment of candidates. Managing End to End recruitment process. Managing employee induction program and Co-ordinating Training activities
• Planning and executing HR Initiatives
• Managing performance appraisal, rewards and recognition systems.
• Executing employee connect programs
• Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievance
• Maintain employee database and generate reports as and when required
• Handling Exit process and analysis
• Accommodate other HR Activities as and when required/ any other jobs related to HR, assigned by SECON from time to time.

Requirement

• Excellent written / oral communication skill in English, Computer Savvy
• 2 5 Years experience in Middle Level Management and above
• Excellent inter personal skills, Team / People Leadership skill to manage HR Functions for over 500 Personnel
• MBA (HR) with Consistent Academic Performance with average grade 6 CGPA (Full time regular course from recognised Institution)
• Good Problem solving / Analytic skills
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients/vendors.
