Reporting Manager:- Manager (EDP)

Purpose of the Position: - To perform the assigned job responsibility of IT Department as per established company standards. To coordinate with all the respective departments and smooth working of IT department in time bound manner.

Job Responsibilities -
1. To perform activities of ERP and other IT related systems of the company.

2. To coordinate with vendors regarding AMC of various IT system (Hardware /Software).

3. To determine, establish, scheduling, implementation of the training requirement of the staff in absence of HOD.

4. Coordination with branch office for ERP & IT related issues.

5. To resolve hardware/software issues if any in time bound manner.

6. To perform any activity of the IT Department.
