Senior Executive Design and re-engineering

Role & responsibilities

Design engineer to support the growing industrial gearbox business and ensure timely technical support to customers and the sales team

The position holder is required to handle gearbox design, selection, customization, drawing preparation, technical documentation and coordination with manufacturing & engineering team

1. Design & develop industrial gearboxes as per customer specification & application requirements

2. Review customer specification, technical datasheet, drawing and application requirements

3. Handle design modifications & engineering changes based on customer or manufacturing requirements

4. Support trouble shooting of design-related issues during manufacturing, assembly, installation and commissioning

5. Carry out 3D scanning of gearbox components and parts of dimensional data acquisition & reverse engineering applications

Preferred candidate profile

BE (Mech) with 5 -6 yrs exp
