Senior Executive / Deputy Manager - Design

Job Summary

PVR INOX is looking for a hands-on Design professional to join our Design / Projects team. The role will support the AGM Design in managing the day-to-day design development, documentation, coordination and execution requirements of multiple projects.

The candidate will be responsible for architectural/interior drawings, design documentation, BOQs, estimates, project schedules, MIS, consultant coordination and site execution support.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural/interior drawings, layouts, details and design documentation.
• Create design presentations, material boards, mood boards and basic 3D presentations.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, drawing trackers, material schedules, area statements and project MIS.
• Prepare preliminary cost estimates, BOQs and cost schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Review consultant drawings and design submissions for discrepancies, missing information and coordination issues.
• Coordinate concept drawings, GFC drawings, BOQs, specifications, samples and other project deliverables.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, approvals, BOQs, specifications, samples and project correspondence.
• Coordinate design requirements with Projects, Commercial, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, Security, IT, MEP and Licensing teams.
• Coordinate material samples, mock-ups and approvals.
• Conduct periodic site visits to ensure execution is aligned with approved drawings and design standards.
• Prepare site observations, snag lists and design-related reports and coordinate closure of issues.
• Support the AGM Design in managing multiple projects and providing regular updates on project status, costs, pending decisions and key action points.
