Senior Executive- Data Analyst & BI developer

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, performance gaps and opportunities across Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, Persistency, Claims and Customer Service.
• BI Development & Visualisation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports and performance trackers using BI tools such as Amazon QuickSight.
• Data Engineering & Automation: Build and maintain SQL queries, data pipelines and data transformation processes to ensure timely and reliable availability of data for reporting and analytics.

Qualifications & Competencies

• 1- 4 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, BI Development or Data Engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Data modelling, ETL/ELT processes and data transformation.
• Hands-on experience in developing dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight or similar BI tools.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Attention to detail, ownership of deliverables and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: Experience working with AWS data services and familiarity with the banking, financial services or insurance domain
