Role & responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats with clear, polite, and accurate information.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot user problems, process requests or orders, and handle service complaints.
• Data Management: client interactions, update account details, and track tickets accurately.
• Cross-functional Support: Coordinate with internal logistics, sales, or finance units to ensure smooth query closure and service recovery.
• Product related guidance or technical support

Preferred candidate profile

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English (and local languages if required).
• Problem-Solving: Strong patience, active listening, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Technical Literacy: basic office applications.
• Education & Experience: A Bachelors degree in any stream with 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing support
