Senior Executive - Corporate Legal

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on product labels, marketing initiatives, advertising, product communication, promotions etc.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and commercial documents.
• Advising on day-to-day operational and business issues and on compliance with applicable laws.
• Coordinating with business and other teams to obtain necessary information and documents on behalf of the Legal team.
• Drafting legal notice and replies, power of attorneys, affidavits.
• Assisting in industry association related work.
• Assisting in knowledge management including updating legal databases.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in Law.
• Work Experience . 2-4 years.
• Ability to work in a collaborative manner.
• Attention to detail.
• Critical thinking with a strong desire to learn.
• Good drafting and analytical skills, commercial acumen, and time-sensitivity.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
