Senior Executive - Compliance

Role Overview

We are looking for qualified Chartered Accountants who are eager to build their careers in the financial services sector. Selected candidates will be placed across key governance and control functions, including Risk Management, and Compliance, where they will work closely with business leaders to strengthen processes, ensure regulatory adherence, and drive effective risk management practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with no pending papers.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• CA 2024, 2025 & 2026 pass outs are eligible to apply

Preferred Profile

• Exposure to Internal Audit, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Internal Controls, or Financial Reporting processes will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated interest in the financial services industry.
• Article ship and/or Industrial Training experience with Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, Audit Firms serving BFSI clients, or Financial Services organizations will be an added advantage
