Senior Executive - Compliance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Statutory Compliance Executive to manage and ensure adherence to all labor law and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with government compliance processes and portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generation and management of UAN and IP numbers
• Preparation and submission of statutory returns (ESI, EPF, PT, LWF, etc.)
• Handling statutory payments within timelines
• Preparing and submitting accident reports as per compliance requirements
• Coordinating and attending client compliance audits
• Applying for and obtaining various licenses and registrations under labor laws
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor regulations and standards
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to statutory compliance

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong working knowledge of government portals such as ESI, EPF, PT, LWF, DISH, and Labour forums
• Good understanding of labor laws and statutory regulations
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple compliance activities and deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Law, HR, or related field
• Relevant certifications in labor laws or compliance (added advantage)
