Account Reconciliation

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial MIS and variance analysis.

Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities.

Perform General Ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.

Prepare GST, TDS, TCS and other statutory reports.

Coordinate PF/ESI accounting-related activities.

Assist in internal and statutory audits.

Ensure timely closure of audit observations and account reconciliations.

Develop Excel-based management dashboards and reports.

Support accurate cost tracking and tax filing reconciliation.

Ensure audit readiness and effective accounting controls.

Work closely with plant operations, project teams and corporate finance.

Qualification

Preferred: CA / CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com with relevant experience.
