Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Executive Client Handling to manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients while ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, customer handling, or account management, preferably within the banking, insurance, or financial services industry.

The candidate will act as a key point of contact for clients, understand their requirements, coordinate with internal teams, resolve issues, and ensure a positive overall client experience.
