• Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Manage employee rosters, attendance, and workforce deployment.
• Drive employee engagement, Rewards & Recognition (R&R), and festival activities.
• Coordinate with recruitment vendors to ensure timely hiring.
