Senior Executive Business Human Resources (BHR)
Role Summary:
Support business HR operations by partnering with business leaders and employees to ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, and exits.
Support recruitment coordination and workforce planning.
Facilitate performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain accurate employee records.
Generate HR reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams on HR initiatives.
Qualifications Experience:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
35 years of relevant HR experience.
Knowledge of HR processes, HRMS tools, and MS Excel.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
