Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Business HR activities and employee lifecycle processes.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Support onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and exits.
• Partner with business teams on manpower planning and HR requirements.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HR data, MIS, and employee records accurately.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
• Support employee relations and grievance resolution.
• Coordinate HR audits, compliance activities, and other HR initiatives.
