Position: Senior Executive Business Human Resources (BHR)
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
35 years of relevant experience in HR operations or Business HR, preferably in a corporate environment.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
Experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee lifecycle management.
