RoleSummary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenprofessional with prior experience in B2B Sales, Product Management, preferablyin the Chemical Industry or B2B Product Industry. The ideal candidate willassist in product planning, market analysis, pricing strategy, supply chaincoordination, and customer engagement to ensure smooth operations and help usin achieving the organizations vision.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the complete lifecycle of assigned PerformanceProduct Groups.
Monitor Product Group performance, inventory levels, customer demand ondaily basis to achieve monthly targets.
Assist in monitoring & suggesting improvements for RP Efficiency,Safety stocks, SMS for smoother operations.
Participate in joint planning sessions to align on product strategieswith sales goals.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, newproduct opportunities, and competition dynamics.
Prepare monthly product performance reports, sales analysis, andprofitability dashboards and share insights and recommendations to seniormanagement for continuous improvement.
Work closely with the sales team to review ongoing projects, customerrequirements, and product positioning.
Visit key customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, andidentify opportunities for product improvement or innovation.
Support the sales team in technical discussions and productpresentations.
Collaborate with R&D and sourcing teams to assess feasibility andlaunch potential of new products
Contribute to the development and execution of initiatives aligned withthe companys Vision 2030.
Support sustainability, digital transformation, and innovation goals aspart of long-term strategic planning.
Assist in achieving desired cost leadership as part of strategic visionthrough close collaboration with Conversion, Sourcing, RMU.
Liaise with internal departments including Innovation, Supply Chain,Regulatory, Business Quality, to ensure product compliance, documentation andsmooth operations.
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and legal standards relevantto product group.
