Senior Executive-Branding & Communication

Key Responsibilities:

A) Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with program activities, campaigns, and key health awareness days.
• Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor engagement, respond to queries/messages, and build an active online community.

B) Content Creation & Campaigns

• Design and execute high-quality content including posts, reels, carousels, videos, and stories.
• Work closely with program teams to translate on-ground impact into compelling storytelling.
• Conceptualize and run digital campaigns for awareness (e.g., TB, anemia, organ donation, preventive healthcare).
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and external agencies as required.

C) Branding & Communication

• Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all communication materials.
• Develop branding assets for programs (brochures, posters, reports, presentations).
• Support internal and external communication including newsletters, reports, and leadership communication.
• Strengthen Medanta Foundations positioning as a trusted healthcare and social impact brand.

D) Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, growth).
• Generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Use data-driven approaches to optimize content strategy and campaign effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA Graduate with hands on experience on computers and branding activities with good communication skills .
