Senior Executive - Branch Operations Service, Support and PSD

Role Objective:

To manage end-to-end servicing of UNO tickets,
ensuring timely resolution, high accuracy, and adherence to defined SLAs while
supporting sales and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

      
Handle and resolve UNO service tickets end to
end within defined TAT/SLA

• Coordinate with dependent functionsto address queries, escalations, and
  operational issues



• Ensure accurate processing of service requests with
  minimal rework or errors



• Track, monitor, and follow up on pending and aging
  tickets



• Escalate critical or SLA-breaching cases to relevant
  stakeholders promptly



• Maintain service quality, compliance, and documentation
  standards



• Provide backup support during peak volumes or business
  exigencies

Educational Qualification:

      
Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

      
1?3 years of experience in operations,
servicing, or insurance support role preferred
