Senior Executive Billing , Ocean Export

At Yusen Logistics India Pvt Ltd we are looking for Senior Executive Billing , Mumbai -

Roles and Responsibilities -

• Monthly checking SAP and highlighting and solving discrepancy
• Escalating on expiry of quotation or non availability of quotation on customer billing.
• WIP Revenue Monitoring on monthly basis.
• Cost Accrual-Cost booked and vendor invoice not received to be escalated.
• Approval of export payment requisition in absence of team members.
• Approval of Import Payment Requisition.
• Credit Note Approvals & Maintaining Sets.
• Follow-up and resolving remittance query, HO Query.
• Following up for dockets at regular intervals and ensuring billing on time.
• Taking all other activities related to invoicing / activities as per need.
• To develop MIS reports for various accounts and monitor the performance closely
