Senior Executive / Asst. Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Manage inventory using Kanban, DBR, and other inventory control practices.
• Ensure accurate material receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch.
• Maintain stock accuracy, conduct audits, and resolve stock mismatches.
• Complete daily store closing activities (GRN, QC offering, material handover, dispatch, housekeeping, etc.).
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and other departments to ensure smooth material flow.
• Implement and sustain 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in daily production meetings and support cross-functional projects.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
• Willingness to work in shifts and across multiple plant locations.
