Senior Executive/ Assistant Manger - Payroll & Compliances

End-to-End Payroll Processing (via Keka HRMS)

• Manage the monthly payroll cycle for all employee types (full-time, contract) directly inside Keka HRMS.
• Handle payroll workflows on Keka, Including  (PF/ESI/TDS), customized salary structures, and mid-month joined/separated employee calculations.
• Process the Full & Final (F&F) settlement process for exiting employees, as per new wage code rule.
• Generate accurate bank transfer sheets, publish digital payslips, and extract monthly payroll MIS reports.

3. Statutory & Labour Law Compliance

• Ensure 100% adherence to central and state statutory requirements, including EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
• Generate and file monthly E-challans (ECR) for PF and ESIC within statutory deadlines to avoid any penalties.
• Maintain accurate statutory registers and payroll records to keep the organization permanently.
• Keep track of updates in Indian labour laws and tax regulations, ensuring configurations on Keka are updated accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications;

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Software Mastery: Minimum 2+ years of deep, hands-on experience configuring and executing payroll on Keka HRMS (Candidates without Keka experience will not be considered).
• Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of payroll processing, compliance, salary structural components, and social security benefits (PF/ESIC/PT).
• Excel Proficiency: Good in excel
