Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Female Candidates only Recruitment & Hiring Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Source, screen, and schedule candidates; ensure a smooth candidate experience. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. Data Management & HR Analytics Maintain and manage HR databases ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee data. Develop HR dashboards and MIS reports (attrition, headcount, hiring metrics, etc.). Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. Support predictive analytics for workforce planning. Presentations & Reporting Prepare high-quality presentations for leadership reviews and management meetings. Translate complex data into meaningful insights and visual reports. Support HR leadership in strategic presentations and business reviews. Manpower Planning & Budgeting Support annual manpower planning and budgeting exercise. Monitor headcount vs. budget and provide variance analysis. Collaborate with finance and business teams for workforce cost optimization. Stakeholder Management Work closely with business leaders to understand HR needs. Act as a bridge between HR, IT, and finance for cross-functional initiatives.
