Senior Executive /Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition professionals with a strong background in manufacturing recruitment, preferably from the solar, renewable energy, electronics, automotive, or industrial manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
• Drive volume hiring for Production, Quality, Maintenance, Process, Engineering, and other technical functions.
• Handle lateral hiring for mid-level and senior-level positions.
• Plan and execute bulk hiring, walk-in interviews, and recruitment drives.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning, position prioritisation, and timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, hiring dashboards, and recruitment metrics.
• Build talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR; MBA in HR preferred.
• Strong experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on exposure to plant hiring, technical recruitment, and volume hiring.
• Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Excel, and recruitment MIS.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
