Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through headhunting, industry mapping, and stakeholder management to meet business requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Analyze metrics to measure success of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment).
• Prior experience in retail recruitment preferred.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and interview coordination skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and job portals.
