Senior executive/ Assistant manager- Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles across various departments
• Source potential candidates using databases, social media, job portals, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed)
• Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and team needs
• Draft and post compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and pre-joining formalities
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment campaigns
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management review

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2 - 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (Boolean search, social media recruiting, etc.)
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple openings and prioritize tasks
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
