Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - TA

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong, hands-on Talent Acquisition professional who can independently manage multiple hiring mandates across Supply Chain and Factory. The role will manage approximately 40 hiring requirements per month, with 10+ positions running simultaneously, while also driving off-roll manpower fulfilment through third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Supply Chain and Factory Executive roles.
• Hire across Fulfilment Centre, Sourcing & Buying, Logistics, NPD, Audit and MIS functions.
• Independently manage 10+ concurrent positions and deliver around 40 requirements/month within agreed TAT.
• Drive sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, market mapping and direct sourcing.
• Build strong talent pipelines for niche and critical positions and proactively identify candidates before requirements become urgent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, understand business needs and independently drive positions from requirement to offer closure.
• Manage off-roll manpower requirements through third-party vendors and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Drive vendor performance, sourcing quality and deployment timelines.
• Monitor hiring funnel, ageing, TAT, source effectiveness and closure metrics.
• Maintain high candidate quality while delivering against volume and timelines.

What Were Looking For

• 4-7 years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong hands-on recruitment capability.
• Proven ability to independently manage high-volume and multiple concurrent requirements.
• Strong sourcing and market-mapping skills with a “find a way to close” mindset.
• Experience hiring for Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Retail or Fulfilment roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to challenge hiring managers when required.
• Experience managing manpower vendors/off-roll hiring is preferred.
• Self-driven, accountable and execution-focused - someone who does not need constant follow-up to move positions forward.
