We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Talent Acquisition team!
Open Positions:
- Senior Executive – Recruitment
- Assistant Manager – Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end volume hiring for the BFSI sector.
- Drive recruitment for banking, financial services, sales, and field operations roles.
- Execute bulk hiring drives through job portals, consultants, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Achieve hiring targets within defined TAT while maintaining quality.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and manage recruitment teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in BFSI recruitment and volume hiring.
- Strong sourcing, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Target-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple requirements.
