Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Program Manager

Role & responsibilities

• The CDMO of LAMBDA will cater to comprehensive cGMP and GCP requirements.
• The candidate should have a good understanding of the drug development pathway for bio-therapeutics from the DNA sequence to DP manufacturing.
• Lead end to end activities including,

1. Program and Project management.
2. Regulatory submission and technology transfer
3. Client relationship management
4. Cost and resource management
5. Contract and negotiation practices.
6. Risk assessment and management.

• Participate in all meetings with the project teams to revise priorities for sponsors who will be interested in utilizing LAMBDAs complete solutions for novel and biosimilar drug development.
• Prepare every month an update of the development activities for HOD.
• Present the projects received from sponsors along with the corresponding business cases to our Senior Management every month.
• General job responsibilities include collaborating with multiple teams to plan, schedule and execute projects, ensuring projects stay with budget and allotted timeframe, and negotiating suggested alterations in the contracts to sponsors.
• Be specific on the requirements of change orders and their appropriate costings due to change in definitions of the deliverables agreed upon with the sponsor/customer.

Preferred candidate profile

• MSc/MTech/MBA in Basic/Applied sciences from reputed educational institutes with PMP certification with more than 5-8 years of experience in program management.
• Preference will be for personnel having prior experience in leading a team in biopharma organizations focused on manufacturing of microbial or mammalian products.
