About this role
Job Summary
What you can look forward as Senior Executive/Assistant Manager- Order Management:
Responsibilities- Process and manage customer orders in adherence to established business rules and procedures. Create and maintain sales quotations based on requests from Sales teams.
- Process credit notes and delivery notes in accordance with defined guidelines. Coordinate with Central Order Management to monitor and follow up on order execution.
- Administer customer and user accounts for online service platforms. Support export documentation activities to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute standard operational and business reports.
- Create and maintain SAP Sets based on business requirements and stakeholder requests.
- Ensure all activities are performed in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and work instructions. Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- 5-10 Years of Experience in Order Management Role
- Good knowledge on SAP SD module
- PC skills (Microsoft Office SAP)
- Good communication, Flexible to Shifts
- Good team player Analytical skills
