Preferable pharma API and formulation industry.To manage and coordinate all plant-level HR activities, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, training, welfare, engagement activities and HR administration, ensuring smooth and effective HR operations at the manufacturing plant.
