Senior Executive /Assistant Manager Growth & Development

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient footfall and revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals
• Identify and onboard corporate clients for health check-ups and tie-ups
• Conduct field visits, outreach programs, and promotional campaigns
• Organize health camps, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and awareness programs
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Coordinate with internal departments (doctors, operations, front office) for seamless service delivery
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports
• Handle branding activities including digital marketing, social media, and offline promotions

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good networking and relationship-building ability
• Knowledge of hospital services and healthcare industry
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
