Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Civil

Objective of Role

To provide services for professional management & supervision of various Civil Infrastructure works (Utility Tunnel). Main job shall be site management of works related to Utility Tunnel, as per scope, defined by the contract, and objective of GIFT.

Position type -on contract for a period of 3 years from the date of joining, extendable based on organization needs and candidates performance.

Pay Band

• In the pay-scale of Rs.21,700-69,100 for Senior Executive and Rs. 29,200-92,300 for Assistant Manager post as per 7th CPC

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech Civil Engineering

Experience

• Fresher / having experience of 0-2 years.

Role Descriptions

To attend the site (1 No.) for the project of Utility Tunnel and associated structures, one engineer is required. Execution of this project requires dedicated site engineer for efficient execution, QA/QC measures, stakeholders coordination, billing, documentation etc.

The detailed job description is as under:

• Co-ordination and supervision of works at site.
• Liaise with contractors.
• Control over the contractor, vendors, and site workers.
• Site & office coordination.
• Quality Control & time management.
• Execution as per drawings & specification.
• Daily work monitoring, recording, and reporting.
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specification and BOQ.
• Responsible for maintaining site safety standards.
• Keeping detailed records of daily works and field quality plan of site activities
• Knowledge of measurement of works and Billing.

Skills Required

• Preferably, candidate should be Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from premium institute.
• Fresher/having experience of 0-2 years in relevant field.
• Experience in RCC structures/utility plants/other civil works etc.
• Can Supervise and update the status of civil work going on site.
• Shall have experience in Coordination with Contractors, labours, office team etc.
• Hardworking, with good knowledge of handling site and team, effective communication skills,
• Understanding of the drawing and site implementation of the same.
• Ability to work in group.
• Experience of recording of works, billing, physical verification for payment and audit purpose.
• Conversant with IS Code of Measurement.
• Shall be proficient in computer (MS Word & Excel).
• Shall be able to work on AutoCAD.
