Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Capex Procurement

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Capex procurement process from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify capital expenditure requirements and prioritize projects.
  
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and recommend suitable options.
  
• Ensure accurate cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting for capex purchases.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of Capex purchase processes, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  
• 2-7 years of experience in Capital Purchase (Capex) or related field.
  
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
  
• Proficiency in preparing detailed estimates/budgets for large-scale projects.
