Senior Executive/Assistant Manager-BTL

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Regional Marketing Manager to develop and execute promotional and marketing plans for the region.
• Manage and oversee all BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities across the assigned region, operating from the Circle Office.
• Drive regional market communication and promotional initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
• Plan, prioritize, and ensure timely execution of activities as per the regional marketing calendar.
• Monitor the execution and placement of NLB, GSB, In-Shop branding, POSM, and other promotional materials across the region.
• Ensure proper utilization and maintain utilization reports and trackers for all POSM and branding materials.
• Plan and coordinate Carpenter Meets, Dealer Meets, Architect Meets, Contractor Meets, and other market activation activities.
• Coordinate with the Branch Sales Team to ensure effective execution of regional promotional programs and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct approximately 15 days of market visits every month across Tamil Nadu and Kerala to monitor market activities, branding, execution, and gather market insights.
• Prepare and maintain monthly reports and trackers, including:
• Market Visit Reports
• BTL Activity Reports
• Branding Tracker
• Influencer Activity Tracker
• POSM Utilization Reports

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of BTL marketing, market activation, and branding activities.
• Ability to work closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Strong execution, follow-up, and reporting skills.
