Senior Executive/Assistant Manager-Banking & Finance

Role & responsibilities:

1.CMA Data Preparation & Financial Analysis

2. Bank Guarantee (BG) & Trade Finance Management

i)Non-Fund Based Facilities: Oversee the end-to-end process of issuing, amending, and renewing Bank Guarantees (BG) and Letters of Credit (LC).

ii)Documentation: Prepare underlying documentation, collating contract terms, and coordinating with business teams to fulfill financial security requirements.

3.Equipment Financing & Fund Arrangement

i)Asset Funding: Source and secure asset-backed funding or term loans from Banks and NBFCs for the procurement of machinery and commercial equipment.

ii)Rate & Terms Negotiation: Lead negotiations regarding interest rates, processing fees, moratorium periods, and repayment structures to achieve the lowest cost of capital.
