JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented AP/AR Executive to manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections, and maintain accurate financial records. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth financial operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process and verify vendor invoices with PO/GRN and post entries in ERP.
- Execute vendor payments and maintain proper payment records.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate customer invoices and ensure timely accounting.
- Track receivables, follow up on collections, and maintain AR ageing.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve billing issues.
- Maintain AP/AR ageing reports and support cash flow planning.
- Ensure GST, TDS, and accounting compliance for all transactions.
- Support month-end closing, audits, and financial reporting.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance)
- 4 to 8 years of AP/AR experience
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
- Experience in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle) and MS Excel
- Good attention to detail and coordination skills
